At Spazio Maiocchi, headquarter of Slam Jam in Milan that “flirts” with the art magazine KALEIDOSCOPE, you can find: the young artists who have just arrived from the Biennial of the moving image of Geneva (as Korakrit Arunanondchai), a talk with Virgil Abloh, a little rug shaped as an acid house smile by Jeremy Deller , the live queer of the African duo FAKA and the exhibition of huge banners by Lorenzo Senni.
Spazio Maiocchi partners up with KALEIDOSCOPE to organize The Sonic Eye for the Venice Biennale: a three-day event in the smallest secret club of the lagoon and tease about the 2019 / 20 Program of Spazio Maiocchi, all focused on the interexchange between art and media. The pop-up club will bring together artists who belong to a new intermedia avant-garde, seamlessly merging visual arts and sound. Exclusive visuals and artist cameos will accompany live performances by Warp Records – affiliates to be announced.
