Piazza Castello and Parco Sempione cover 10,000 square metres between them and that area will be occupied by one of the most anticipated events of the Fuorisalone: comprehensive design event INHABITS: Milano Design City 2018. The theme for this year is house units and functional spaces that offer a vision of the future: worlds in which we can discover what’s new in terms of technology and solutions, see carefully researched products and dialogue with architects and companies. The living units are without a doubt the protagonists of the exhibition: easy to build and transport, they are highly innovative in terms of materials, assembly techniques, home automation and energy efficiency technology, and have been developed by Italian and international studios and companies to respond to different needs. These will be joined by themed ‘satellite’ spaces exhibiting technology and solutions for the domestic and urban environments. All this, plus the Speech Arena with talks from excellent guests, the Kids Area with interactive workshops and an outstanding schedule of performances and DJ sets. We highly recommend this event.
