The baroque rooms of Palazzo Litta will once again be home to furniture and objects that are far more contemporary than the previous inhabitants thanks to DAMN°, the independent Belgian magazine that is bringing a selection of international designers, universities and collectives to Milan. Japan Creative is at home here and once more brings all its Japanese craft know-how, one of the oldest and most respected areas of the manufacturing world today. Foscarini and ECAL collaborate to present 9 portable lighting system designs, to explain how light is much more than a static element but a question of movement. Finally, an installation by Ichendorf, which invited various Milanese designers to actively participate in the project by using glass material to depict the connection between the industrial and homecraft worlds, and new arrivals from Pro Helvetia present SWISS ❤ DESIGN, an installation that aims to articulate the solid contribution made by Swiss design to the global panorama, showing that good things come in small packages.
