House District is an itinerant project of Italian origin that will arrive in the beautiful country for the first time this week. And what better moment than the Milanese design week? Created a few years ago in Barcelona during Sonar, it has travelled to Miami for Art Basel, Amsterdam for ADE and of course Berlin where every weekend feels like a festival. The only thing that counts here is house music – from funky to raw and mental via upbeat or deep – and some big names have been seen at this temporary district: Volcov, Levon Vincent, Lakuti, Tama Sumo, Fred P and Joey Anderson among others. The party kicks off in the late afternoon and goes on into the night. Tonight, it’s Marcellus Pittman, Dj Qu and Jackmaster. The Ventura Lambrate district, sadly only this alive during design week, has never been this house. More house for everybody! More house everywhere! More house forever!
