The second milanese pizzeria of the best italian pizza chef Pasquale Pometto, already our indisputable idol thanks to Pizza Am in Crocetta.
In the restaurant in via Torino 34 only Margherita, Marinara and a special white pizza that changes every day are served. The main features remain unchanged: quality ingredients (from tomato to mozzarella, passing through the Tuscan oil), exceptional and digestible pizzas thanks to the leavening of at least 48 hours, kindness, hospitality and affordable prices.
Come very early or very late, otherwise a bit of queue is a must, which may not be bad: through tastings of pomet, proseccho and many foreigners waiting for their turn, this corner of Via Torino – in front of the Cinema Centrale – has turned into a block party.
