It’s the bar at the Park Hyatt, the five-star luxury hotel in Galleria. However, you don’t come here to show off your new nose, but to be caressed. If a twenty euros for an aperitif (and an experience to tell) doesn’t seem too much to you, invite those who make you dream and enjoy an hour of relaxation. The specialty, in a thousand different versions – with mustard or carrot, through horseradish and truffle oil – is the Bloody Mary, probably the best in town. Speaking of the best things in town: the club sandwich is unrivalled. If money is not a problem, stop by for dinner too: the Vun’s cuisine, led by Andrea Aprea, will amaze you.
