Pillola azzurra o pillola rossa? Benvenutə nel matrix del design

L’accoglienza è da sempre un problema politico italiano, che si guardi a destra o sinistra (sempre che esistano ancora queste direzioni). Le ondate migratorie, questa volta e per fortuna, sono provocate dal Fuorisalone e portano a Milano incredibili quantità di persone, tra cui migliaia di studentə squattrinatə affamatə di design e di possibilità che sembrano essere solo nella “grande città”. Così IED, l’Istituto Europeo di Design, contro ogni aspettativa, contribuisce a rendere possibile vivere la settimana del design annunciando “The Glitch Camp”, il campeggio urbano che sarà allestito negli spazi di Milanosport – Centro Sportivo Enrico Cappelli Savorelli per accogliere gratuitamente studenti e studentesse in arrivo dal 15 al 21 aprile.

Hospitality has always been an Italian political issue, regardless of one’s political leanings (if those directions still exist). This time, thankfully, the waves of migration are caused by the Fuorisalone, bringing incredible numbers of people to Milan, including thousands of cash-strapped students hungry for design and opportunities that seem to exist only in the “big city.” Therefore, IED, the European Institute of Design, though not known for its democratic nature and accessibility among industry professionals, contributes to making it possible to experience design week by announcing “The Glitch Camp,” the urban camp set up in the spaces of Milanosport – Centro Sportivo Enrico Cappelli Savorelli to welcome students arriving from April 15th to 21st free of charge.
