Ninna nanna, ninna oh, questo bimbo a chi lo do?

Questo lo affrontiamo con seria ansiosità: per noi nati nella culla dell’eterna crisi, l’insicurezza che ci fa da ninna nanna prima di metterci a letto non è un sentimento nuovo e, brutto a dirsi, ormai ci siamo abituati. Eppure, forse, ci rendiamo conto che mancano strumenti organizzati e condivisi per affrontare e gestire le inquietudini. Dall’impellente necessità di creare un sistema che plachi l’incertezza dei brand contemporanei, sottoposti alla pressione dei player dominanti (ci mancano anche le parole italiane), per la seconda volta arriva a Milano Convey. L’obiettivo di questo progetto è innescare un processo di accelerazione attraverso la promozione di valori condivisi, alimentando una corsa verso la costruzione di nuove reti internazionali. Lanciato durante il Fuorisalone 2023, Convey si prepara a ospitare una nuova schiera di brand di design, talenti e creativi provenienti da ogni dove, offrendo un’agenda densa di esperienze che promettono stimoli. Convey è un’iniziativa curata e sostenuta da Simple Flair e Very Simple: Kitchen, entrambi coinvolti nella creazione di un panorama che sottolinea le ambiguità dell’industria del design contemporaneo e le affronta.

For those of us born in the cradle of the eternal crisis, the insecurity that lullabies us before we go to bed is not a new feeling and, bad to say, we are used to the idea by now. Yet, perhaps, we realize that there is a lack of organized and shared tools to deal with and manage anxiety. Out of the urgent need to create a system to quell the uncertainty of contemporary brands, subjected to the pressure of dominant players, Convey arrives in Milan for the second time. The aim of this project is to trigger an acceleration process through the promotion of shared values, fuelling a race towards the construction of new international networks. Launched during the Fuorisalone 2023, Convey is gearing up to host a new array of design brands, talents, and creatives from all over, offering a packed agenda of experiences that promise inspiration. Convey is an initiative curated and supported by Simple Flair and Very Simple: Kitchen, both involved in creating a landscape that highlights the ambiguities of the contemporary design industry and addresses them.
