What if you were to decide how much it costs what you just ate? It happens at Ambaradan, a new pizzeria opened by Paolo Polli, the provocative owner who invents this format where the price is decided by the customer. Convenient, you would say. It all depends on the rating index of the table that will decide whether to assign a score M (improveable), B (good) or O (excellent) to the evening. The difference in satisfaction has a variation of 2 euros. For example: the pizza margherita can cost 6 euros (improveable), 7 euros (good) or 8 euros (excellent). If you choose to give the maximum score the difference will go as a tip to the staff. A different way to reward the work and understand how this can be improved. Will everyone choose to give the minimum score? Paolo Polli (BQ, the famous city breweries) tells us that he is confident in the next one. The kneading and filling hand is Enrico Formicola’s, directly from Pizzium in Milan, and the pizza is Neapolitan style. According to our taste it can still be improved, even if the ingredients are all of high quality like Paolo Parisi’s eggs, Patanegra lard, raw San Daniele from the Dall’Ava Company. Try it to believe. The artisan beers of the BQ brewery are very good: try them all in an increasing taste. Between Pils and Double IPA you will not be disappointed. At Ambaradan they also promote a lot for cocktails, maybe too sugary and sweet, but we appreciate the idea of combining cocktails with pizza. So, how much would you pay?
