Deep in the Porta Venezia Design District, we recommend a visit to the Janelli&Volpi showroom, one of the most interesting creative laboratories in Milan. Each year, it presents multisensory installations and performances that often use the product on display, their wallpaper, as a starting point for assembling scenography that is highly engaging even for non-industry visitors. This year, the showroom benefits from its collaboration with Matteo Ragni as Art Director, who will describe the production process for these elements of domestic decoration in an installation that captivates the senses and catapults us into a factory. There, among presses and rollers, we discover that like all the best company histories, behind every great product is a wealth of stories, faces and hands that are constantly working, getting dirty and producing.
