It’s not just galleries, hidden Milanese courtyards, lofts, garages, stairwells and unused industrial spaces that are transformed into exclusive locations, but the very streets themselves. As of last year and thanks to Seletti, design has its very own parade in the 5 vie district. Colourful Seletti objects will make their way around the district on floats, Ape Cars, cars and bikes. Anybody with a design project was able to sign up at designpride.org and build their own float to take part. This year YOOX will be involved, meaning that some projects will be sold directly via their online platform. The parade will finish in a party in Piazza Affari with a set by Shorty from Radio Deejay and a concert by Banda di Affori that will range from electronica to folk. See you at the finger.
