That’s a place that Rome was lacking of, almost too cozy to be real. The incipit arises in Monti, around 2005, when Ultrasuoni, a tiny music shop was born. It suddenly became a landmark for electronic lovers and dj. In 2014 Ultrasuoni moved his headquarter to Ostienese, turning into Stadlin. The complex Ex Mulino Biondi includes Stavio and Bibere Bistrot. The area is divided by three arches, marking the spaces: in the first there’s the old music shop, in the second, a bar with artisanal beers and high quality cocktails, in the third rises the temple of the little parties: a consolle and floor.
