Una notte al museo

In occasione dell’inaugurazione della retrospettiva dedicata all’architetto, designer, artista e teorico Alessandro Mendini, “Io sono un drago. La vera storia di Alessandro Mendini”, Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain e Triennale Milano si uniscono per presentare il palinsesto di eventi musicali Alors? On Dance! .

12 aprile, ore 21.00 – 23.30:
Primo evento della serie di serate Alors? On Dance! con un dj set di Stefano Ghittoni dedicato agli anni Ottanta di Alessandro Mendini, di “Domus”, Alchimia, Memphis e dell’architettura radicale. Stefano Ghittoni, dj, produttore discografico e radiofonico, è autore del libro Milano OFF 1980/198X – Ritratto Imperfetto di una Città Invisibile, racconto sulla formazione artistica di Milano nei primi anni Ottanta.

14 aprile, ore 19.00 – 23.00:
Nel giardino della Triennale in collaborazione con Radio Raheem, il secondo evento di Alors? On Dance! ci porta la dj internazionale Donna Leake e un dj set di Ma Nu! tra sonorità tra funk, hip hop, dub, disco, house & jazz. Donna Leake è una dj e conduttrice radiofonica per NTS, mentre Ma Nu! è un dj underground italiano e parte del festival Jazz Re:Found e di Riviera Gang Crew.

15 aprile, ore 19.00 – 23.00:
Si conclude la serie di serate Alors? On Dance! con i dj set di Nicola Guiducci e Sergio Tavelli, del celebre Plastic Club di Milano. Nicola Guiducci è dj, produttore, fotografo, direttore creativo e fondatore del Plastic Club di Milano. Sergio Tavelli è creatore, direttore artistico e dj di House of Bordello, con una lunga carriera legata allo storico Plastic Club di Milano.

16 aprile, ore 19.00 – 23.00: The Night of the Dragon
L’artista Fred Ventura ci offre una sonorizzazione ispirata all’Architettura Sussurrante del 1983 di Alessandro Mendini, con i Matia Bazar, i Magazzini Criminali e Alchimia. Seguirà un set di Logic1000, dj australiana si è fatta conoscere con gli inni house più popolari, pieni di bassline sfacciate e immediatezza pop, ma che con il suo LP di debutto uscito a marzo punta alla raffinatezza più che all’eccentricità.

La vera storia di Alessandro Mendini”, Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain and Triennale Milano come together to present the lineup of musical events Alors? On Dance!.

April 12, 9:00 PM – 11:30 PM:
The first event of the Alors? On Dance! series features a DJ set by Stefano Ghittoni dedicated to the 1980s era of Alessandro Mendini, “Domus”, Alchimia, Memphis, and radical architecture. Stefano Ghittoni, DJ, record producer, and radio host, is the author of the book Milano OFF 1980/198X – Ritratto Imperfetto di una Città Invisibile, a narrative about the artistic formation of Milan in the early 1980s.

April 14, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM:
In the garden of Triennale in collaboration with Radio Raheem, the second event of Alors? On Dance! brings us the international DJ Donna Leake and a DJ set by Ma Nu! with sounds ranging from funk, hip hop, dub, disco, house, to jazz. Donna Leake is a DJ and radio presenter for NTS, while Ma Nu! is an underground Italian DJ part of the Jazz Re:Found festival and Riviera Gang Crew.

April 15, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM:
The Alors? On Dance! series concludes with DJ sets by Nicola Guiducci and Sergio Tavelli from the renowned Plastic Club in Milan. Nicola Guiducci is a DJ, producer, photographer, creative director, and founder of the Plastic Club in Milan. Sergio Tavelli is a creator, artistic director, and DJ of House of Bordello, with a long career associated with the historic Plastic Club in Milan.

April 16, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM: The Night of the Dragon
Artist Fred Ventura offers us a soundtrack inspired by Alessandro Mendini’s 1983 Architettura Sussurrante, featuring Matia Bazar, Magazzini Criminali and Alchimia. This will be followed by a set by Logic1000, an Australian DJ who has made a name for herself with the most popular house anthems, full of cheeky basslines and pop immediacy, but with her debut LP released in March she aims for sophistication rather than eccentricity.
